Steps to reproduce

1. Create configuration parameters inside a switch group which is deactivated.
2. Launch the CMS, configuration is asked, there is an alert on the category. But not on the switch group, it is hidden for the user.

Note: If the switch parameter is new, it is the same, alert is not visible.

If there is a new parameter in a deactivated switch group or a new switch group, we should show the alert on the group itself.
