Disable auto hiding for the open session tooltip in admin

      The tooltip listing the open session in the admin can contains a lot of information when there is a few dozen session open.
      Having it being dismissed after a few second makes it hard to check all this information.

      It would be nice to prevent it from being dismissed after a few seconds.
