If a migration is skipped because we did not manage version numerotation correctly (during backport to old version for example), we could have skipped version.

These versions are currently displayed very lightly, maybe the should be orange like migration passed but not existing anymore:

And maybe the migrations passed but not existing anymore should not be orange because the information is useful but the orange will stay forever.
