[RGPD] Review labels for RGPD configuration parameters and schedulable

      • the labels are too long
      • some labels of schedulable are prefixed with "GDPR" but have no link to the GDPR. Prefix them by Obsolete data / Clean / Purge ?
        Prefix existing "Purge" schedulable (newsletter, with the same prefix ?
        Use the same icon for all of them ?

      Moreover schedulable for updating unknown user status and personnal data deletion may not be deacttivable (remove group switch) ?
