How to reproduce:

• From BO user menu, I upload a image IMG1 for my profile image. Save.
• Every is fine at this point. http://[cms_url]/plugins/core-ui/current-user/image_[size] serve the goog image
• Re-open user profile dialog
• First issue the IMG1 is not visible in dialog
  
• Upload and select a new image IMG2. Save
  
• In BO the IMG1 is always serve instead of IMG2, http://[cms_url]/plugins/core-ui/current-user/image_[size] serve the image IMG1. Clear all caches does nothing (Ametys and browser cache). I see IMG2 only after restart server . This point is reproductible on demo 4.8
