Task scheduler does not retain selected user related cache after restarting Ametys

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open the task scheduler in Ametys
      1. Create a new task to wipe a user related cache, for example :
      1. Reboot Ametys

      Expected behavior

      The aforementioned task still points to the previously selected cache after restarting Ametys.

      Actual behavior

      The task "forgets" the selected cache and resets to the default state.
