BO Admin -> General configuration -> System -> "Activate System Alerts"

Description:
The default threshold for thread alerts is currently configured too low, which can result in alerts being triggered too frequently and worrying customers.

Current Behaviour:
Thread alerts are sent out because the current threshold (300) is too low, which can seem worrying for the end user (IT admin).

Suggested Action:
Increase the default thread alert threshold or remove it by default.
