How to reproduce

• go to _admin
• click on users groups
• click add a group and find a solution in order that the runtime can not save the group
• insert a name and press enter

Actual behavior

• The group is created on the interface but not in the storage
• the group has not the name I set

Expected behavior

• the group is not created until it does not exists in the storage
