The CurrentUserProvider.getUser() never returns null

      It may be a problem when building intranet/extranet with anonymous parts

      IIRC, this choice have been made for the workflow to always have a caller.

      I propose to change the API to allow the getUser() method to return null, and change clients accordingly.
