      Improve the runtime tests and make all the components pass the tests.

      • Currently, the JDBC tests are made only on MySQL. Add tests on other databases (Oracle, Derby, PostgreSQL).
      • Release cocoon environment on each test that initializes it.
      • Improve test utils such as ScriptRunner, CocoonWrapper, ...
