[RUNTIME-725] Alert browser compatibility is always displayed (no cookie)

When I accept the alert about the compatibility of the browser then I close the browser and open again the browser then the alert is displayed again.
It could be nice to remember the choice of the user at least for one month for example and it would be nice to remember my choice for the current browser.

The cookie was a session one. Now it is 30 days long.
