The i18nkey kernel:KERNEL_SERVERCOMM_LISTENERREQUEST_FAILED_UNAVAILABLE should precise that the request will be sent again.

[RUNTIME-759] Enhance servercomm message on request failure

I'm not ok with the two new messages.
Nobody could understand them and everyone will finally click on "ok", whether he know why or not.

I suggest to modify the behaviour with "Ok" meaning "Do nothing" and "Cancel" keeping the current behaviour.
The message should also be changed

I propose to replace the current message that is wrong by two messages : a short one, and a more detailled one.
