How to reproduce

• connect to cms
• open skin factory
• edit a file, save, for example add a template (with copy and paste)
• Put in production the modification

Actual behavior

• a pop-up is displayed to give information about the backup of the skin
• I need to reload the page (F5) to see my modification, the new template is not available in the template list

Expected behavior

• the pop-up inform the user to reload the page to take into account the modification. If a modification requires a restart of the tomcat then it should be listed.
