The skin cache is not deleted when applying changes

      CacheHelper.invalidateCache(site, getLogger()); only delete WEB-INF\data\cache[siteName] directory.

      WEB-INF/data/cache/skins/[skinName] should be also deleted

          use invalidatePage to remove the skin or add invalidateSkin
          also check that all sites using this skin are invalidated (and not just the current one)
