How to reproduce

• connect to cms
• open skin editor module
• edit a file

Actual behavior

• the tab skin editor is hidden, I need to click on the skin editor tree to have access to it.

Expected behavior

• the same behavior has when I am in edition of a content, the tab is available and I can switch between edition and module
