Preview of an image with special caracters does not work

      How to reproduce

      • Open skin editor tool
      • Insert an image with special caracter (ex: Test+image+ééçà.png)

      There is no preview for this image

      The error in log is 

      Caused by: org.apache.excalibur.source.SourceNotFoundException: file:/D:/work/intranet/master/cms/skins/temp/demo/resources/img/bo/Test image ééçà.png doesn't exist.
