Use <picture> tag to better crop of carousel image according screen resolution

      Currently image used for news carousel is served with a crop to 367x745 but according media screen the image is rendered with a different size:

      • 367x961 for fullHD screen
      • 367x668 for 1536px
      • 367x610 for 1280px
      • etc..
