How to reproduce:

go to the demo : https://demo.ametys.org/nightly-intranet/intranet-cards/fr/index.html (Ametys Demo 4.9.0-20250225-0055-SNAPSHOT)
Add a link in the business app block
enter the url and title
click on add

Nothing happens, the link is not added in the area above.
On the other hand, if we reload the page the link is present

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
