How to reproduce
Go to a page of 2nd or third level (ex: https://demo.ametys.org/nightly-intranet/intranet-cards/fr/mon-organisation/actualites/salon-de-l-open-source.html)

In main menu, it is not possible to collapse parent pages, clicking on arrow does nothing.

Futhermore it is not possible to visually distinguish the current page in this menu
