Add highlighting for glossary definitions that appear in the texts

      A word that currently has a definition is simply highlighted in italics, making it difficult to identify within the text.

      Current display :

      It would be useful to add a dashed underline and a help cursor on hover (displaying the definition on hover is already implemented).

      Desired display (The help cursor doesn't appear in my screenshot, but it should be added )
