i18n are lost when using skin factory

      We need some specific files that are kept after applying a model.
      If we modify the i18n, for example I modify a a subtitle of a section and I apply the model then the file i18n is lost

          Annotations like

          should only be used in the default messages.xml. For other messages_*.xml, we shouldn't find this annotation.
