To make easier to restore publish date on contents rendering, override common-content-body-meta template only into the common stylesheet instead of into each contents types ones

      If common-content-body-meta is overrided only into the common.xsl, we will be able to restore it on some specific contents and we will not have to override the whole common-content-body-content template of each of them.
