The rendering of this type of content has been fixed.
It is displayed as a "kiosk" view as following sample:

Note that this is type of content is used in this skin to display links over external videos (youtube video for example).
It is quite limited, in particular with a video pictogram regardless of the type of link.
Also the link title is not displayed in this view.

May be this rendering is not really adapt to external videos, it should be review.
