Malformed XML error on every page

      Every generated html start with a blank line before the DOCTYPE which is illegal.

      Not reproduce on skin workspace, and demo.

          Extra line before <DOCTYPE> is also present on all skins (docs, demo, workspaces, odf, ... ).
          I'm not sure the skin is responsible...

          The error in console is display on FF (not on Chrome, nor Edge)

          for me the issue will we found in the xhtmlserializer BUT could be hard to fix, so maybe remove some extra whitespace in skinintra xsl will be fine
