How to reproduce it :
- open "Apps" tab of the user menu fixed on the right side of the screen
- then close this menu
- resize the window until the user menu is moved at the bottom of the window
- open again the "Apps" tab
- Apps have desapeared.
This does not occured if the window is resized while the user menu is still opened
[SKININTRA-214] Apps of the user-menu desapear when the window is resized with user-menu closed
