Add the display of the link directory service on the home page

      The service must be added in the area in which we currently have the news carousel

      The title of the application cannot be on more than 2 lines, otherwise we have "..."

      On hover, the "description" field is displayed

      The "see more" button allows to go to an interior page with the service which displays all the applications.

      A view parameter is used to define the link to this page (no tags)

      There is no configuration button provided on this display
