[SKININTRA-256] Pagination is not responsive

Some work has been done for mobile but it is not enough.
Following fixes have been applied:

• the number of page has been reduced to 8 (instead of 10)
• margin and padding have been reduced a little more
• on screens smaller than 622 pixels, use a `flex-wrap: wrap` to be sure the pagination buttons are all visibles

with 414 px

with 375px
