[Skin Intranet] Home carousel - Fix align and width for the "see more" button

      When the text button is too long, the button appear on the image. Also when the text button is too short, the button position isn't great. 

      We could :

      • align the button to the right. Please keep the same padding-right 30px  
      • fix max width to 200px
