On Amety demo site https://demo.ametys.org/intranet,

• edit a content
• scroll until a rich text area to see the formatting toolbar
• move the cursor to reach the background page (the website page in read mode) + scroll to the bottom,
• place the cursor on the foreground page and scroll to the top.

The formatting toolbar is placed on the top (outside the rich text area)
