The default image used for the agent's avatar is gray-on-gray; it lacks contrast.

It has been decided to replace this image with a new one :

1/ The corresponding SVG is attached
2/ We currently have avatar-homme.svg and avatar-femme.svg, yet the Intranet skin and projects use only avatar-homme.svg. It would be appropriate to rename avatar-homme.svg to avatar.svg and delete avatar-homme.svg et avatar-femme.svg. This requires a corresponding graphical migration.
3/ We need to review the XSL files that use avatar-homme.svg :

• the member/agent display in the abstract view in search results (member-asbtract.xsl)
• the member/agent display in the full view (member-main.xsl)
• the display of newcomers on the homepage (member-newcomer.xsl)

4/ Delete the avatar-femme.svg from the HTML version : https://code.ametys.org/pages/MAQ/ametys-intranet/master/browse/recherche.html
