Inaccessible submenu after clicked on "mark as read" the flash info

      How to reproduce it : 

      • add a flash info into a page and tag it as "blocker alert"
      • preview 
      • a ribbon appears at the top of the page with the flash info.
      • click on the button to mark as read
      • go over the main menu 
        > the submenu is so far to let user to acceed it
