We have to not to display it on specific pages, maybe with a page parameter

For the implementation of the "Signaler un problème" functionality :

1. Create a new inherited area at the root of the sitemap
2. The area only allows adding the "Forms v2" service
3. Add a new view "Report a problem" on the Forms service (forms v2)

This view will display a button that shows/hides the form.

The label of the button here "Signaler un problème" must be the title of the form, so it will be configurable for each project.

In this view the submit button named "Valider" must be named "+ Envoyer"

The rich text and the textarea are added directly in the form by the contributor / webmaster.
