[Skin intranet] comment form is cluttered when the content is small

      When commenting a content, the form width depends on the content width itself.

      This leads to a cluttered display if the content is quite small.

          As visible on the second screenshot, the form doesn't take all the width space. The RSS link ends up on the left and not on the right of the screen
