Major Email and Agenda icons are displayed too close eachother until values from Exchange can be retreived or when values cannot be retrieved (password not set or not correct)
It would be better that margin between icons be the same before and after values being retreived.

Not reproductible on Ametys skin
The spacing between icons is the same for each links with or without notifications.
Note that your skin display another type of notification (square with number), so you may do the fix in your own skin.
