[RGAA 13.8] pause animation after 5s when customizing link directory widgets

      All link directories widget or views implemented in skins have a perpetual movement animation when clicking on the "customize" button.

       

      Shorten the animation to 5seconds would validate 13.8.1 RGAA criteria test.
