How to reproduce:

• Create a SMS distribution list
• Open the Phone numbers list tool for this distribution list
• Add a number in the list
• Try to delete the distribution list
• An error occured (It may be while deleting phone numbers (see SMS-38) =>KO (see attached logs)
• The list is deleted anyway (does'nt appear in distribution lists anymore) => KO
• The Phone numbers list tool for this distribution list is still open, which leads to other errors while the distribution list is deleted => KO
