When previewing a survey in the back-office, the "end" button doesn't do anything. Even if it's understandable, it feels a bit weird.
Possible solutions:

• Add a hint in the preview tool header explaining that this button doesn't do anything in preview mode
• Graphically disable the button (grey shader, ...)
• Show a message box to the user when the button is clicked
