Branch dialog moves to the bottom of the screen

      Steps to reproduce :

      • with Firefox (does not occurs with Chrome)
      • Open the survey tool
      • Select the first page of a multipage survey.
      • Open the "Branch" dialog

      the dialog is opened at the bottom of the page (1st screenshot)

      If closed and opened once more without reloading the page, the dialog stays at the bottom (2nd screenshot)
