When scheduling a survey, the dialog does not display the previous scheduled dates

      In the ScheduleOpening.js, this code :

       

      Ext.Date.parse(endDate, Ext.Date.patterns.ISO8601DateTime)

      returns null, with a date value of "2017-04-13T22:00:00.000Z" for example

       

      This result in the schedule survey dialog being empty even if some value were set previously.
