• create a survey
• in a question, use a double quote, for example : What is small and "brown" ?
• add a second page with questions
• publish the survey
• add this survey in a page
• display the survey in preview
• start the survey
• fill the first page that contains the question with a double quote
• click on next page

Actual behavior

• An error occured in the console of the browser
• The next page is not displayed
