Currently, the plugin Survey uses methods from SurveyDateUtils.
These methods are duplicated from DateUtils but we don't use methods from DateUtils for compatibility purpose.

So when the plugins Survey will become incompatible for an other reason, delete SurveyDateUtils and use DateUtils methods instead.
