      • Create a survey
      • Add a page to the survey
      • Add a list of choice with "choice 1" and "choice 2"
      • Publish the survey on front by using the service survey
      • Add "choice 3" to the list
      • Delete the cache of FO
        => Go to the survey page on FO : "choice 3" does not appear
