On thesaurus creation, we immediatly have a window to create a microthesaurus.
If we cancel this operation, the mask on the thesaurus tree is not hidden and the thesaurus name is not updated (screenshot1).

We shoud have a message telling us there is not microthesaurus selected and the thesaurus name as tab label (screenshot2 : when I close then reopen the tool).
