How to reproduce

• Open a UGC form and click on "write the content"
• Enter some content and save
• Quit the page without submitting the form
• In the back-office, open the UGC tool and select the content. The accept button is disabled because the content is in draft state.
• Switch to another tool and back to the UGC tool, the accept button is enabled.

Expected behavior

• The accept button is disabled
