Using the workflow edition tool, if I try to edit the result step of an action, the action is prevented with the attached message.

If I edit the step id and the result step, it works.

Step to reproduce :

• create a new action
• open the edit dialog for the action
• edit the result step only
• validate the modification
  => the error appears and the modification is not saved.
