[WORKFLOW-51] Add a tool to display workflows

Too many compilation problems by using this, we should have a default implementation in EnhancedFunction of getArguments() and getDescription(...).

I assume that getDescription() should return the role by default (or the class name ?) ?

Same for EnhancedCondition
