Currently, we have:

• in the side zone: one tab by opened workflow (outline)
• in the main zone: one contextual tab depending of the selected workflow in the side zone

In most cases, we have the invert of this behaviour:

• in the main zone: one tab for each opened workflow (with the name in the tab name)
• in the side zone: one contextual tab (outline) depending of the selected workflow in the main zone

For example, we have this behaviour for content, the properties and history tools are contextual to the current selected content.
