Difference in menu of Members and Catalog

      We have to check all modules.

      In catalog, open the menu of a projet. If you move the mouse, the menu stays open, you have to click to close it

      In members, open the menu of a member, if you move the mouse, the menu autocloses.

      We have to uniformise it.
