[WORKSPACES-1107] Use profile info when available on catalog

Some info displayed on the catalog are based on the user and other on the profile.
This is messy when the info are not synchronized.

The example below show an exemple where the profile name is Administrator User
and is user name is Guillaume Gouin.

You can see that some info use the profile (red) and other the user (pink)
