On mobile view, tooltips are displayed on click

      On mobile view, tool tip is not displayed on mouse over. 

      It is displayed on click. 

      Example : 

      • When a title is too long, it is not possible to see complete title on mouse over. 
      • If task date is before date, it is not visible on mouse over.
